I am extremely grateful to our members and all others who participated in the filming of the Olustee battle recreation for the upcoming television series A Land Remembered. I hope we were able to contribute to the production’s success by sharing our historical knowledge, experience, and reenacting skills.
Civil War reenactors have long played an important role in historical productions such as Gettysburg and Gods and Generals. More importantly, however, our greatest contribution continues to be keeping history alive for the education and enjoyment of the American public.
Each year, thousands upon thousands of spectators attend reenactments and living history programs to experience a glimpse of the past and learn more about the people who lived it. It is important that we continue encouraging younger generations to participate in and support the reenacting hobby.
Join the fight to keep Civil War living history alive. It is the responsibility of all of us.

Annual Dues
This year, I am requesting a $20.00 donation for Company dues in April 2026.
The majority of these funds go toward covering our annual insurance, which protects participants both in camp and on the field during events. In previous years, insurance costs have averaged approximately $400.00.
Your contribution is greatly appreciated.
Special Note: Members who have not paid their dues for insurance coverage will not be eligible to participate in battle scenarios. Coverage provides $1,000,000 in protection.
If you have any questions concerning upcoming events, do not hesitate to contact Captain Short.
