Special Announcement: A Land Remembered
Members of the 3rd Florida will be appearing in the upcoming historical television series A Land Remembered, based on the acclaimed 1984 novel by Patrick D. Smith.
The production, led by Florida filmmaker Todd Wiseman Jr., is being developed as a multi-season series exploring more than a century of Florida history through the story of the MacIvey family. Filming is currently underway across locations in Florida, with the first season expected to be released in 2027.
This project aims to bring an authentic and large-scale portrayal of Florida’s past to the screen, and we are proud to see members of the 3rd Florida represented in its production.
